What amount of sales and profits can I expect from my Reno’s franchise?
The Federal Trade Commission has specific regulations that restrict any franchisor from projecting potential revenues or profits for any franchise. Obviously, your success will depend on your desire and ability to succeed, along with many other business factors: your location, traffic count, the effectiveness and quality of your advertising, and the capability of the franchisee.

How much is the initial franchise fee?
The franchise fee is $40,000.

What type of location is best for a Reno’s?
The flexibility of design offered with Reno’s franchises allows, in many cases, for the utilization of 2nd or 3rd generation buildings. This can result in significantly lower construction costs. The typical Reno’s facility is approximately 5,500 to 7,500 square feet, located in smaller rural area markets.

Will Reno’s find locations and negotiate leases for a new franchisee?
Location is a very important factor in the success of your Reno’s franchise. While we do not select a site for you, Reno’s can assist you in finding an ideal location and lease based upon our years of experience.

What type of training do I receive?
Both classroom and in-the-field training is required for understanding the Reno’s concept. All new franchisees receive six weeks initial training at our corporate training center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky.

What continuous support will I receive?
Reno’s provides whatever is necessary to ensure that you succeed as a franchisee, from our regional operation consultants, on-site training and support team, to marketing and advertising consultation.

What is the term of the franchise?
The initial term is five years, with two five-year options.

What is the royalty fee during the term of the lease?

How soon can I be operating?
Based on the average location, construction and lease negotiations, the average time is 2-3 months.
